New York Fashion Week for fall RTW 2010 did not disappoint. There were so many designer looks that I loved it was hard narrowing down some of my favorites. Velvet and fur were all over the runways for fall. I'm loving the belted outerwear and opera length gloves that were seen in many shows. Oh the fun we're going to have this fall!

I'm not normally a big Valentine's Day person, but I'm feeling it this year. Maybe it's all of the amazing love and support I've gotten from all of you lovies this past year. It may have something to do with me figuring out what I want to do when I grow up, finally!!! Of course my yummy hubby and adorably fashionable daughter are a big part for sure.

So it's official, this year I'm in love with love! ...and Red Soles, mint chocolate chip ice cream, Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, Balmain, my daughter's kisses, hubby's oversized sweaters (& kisses), amazing family, laughing with my girlfriends, and...........

Spring Fashion & Guest Posting

I'm loving the simple and clean looks of the rooms below. Maybe it's my need to do a spring cleaning but loving the white canvas effect. Sometimes we all need a little lightness coming from the winter.

So Many Changes...

The past few months have been crazy, but a good crazy. I know I haven't been posting as much as I would like, and I'm happy I am able show you why. My new website, www.jennifermargolin.com launched today and I couldn't be more happy and excited.

Sunny Days Ahead

It's raining once again here in "Sunny" Southern California and I felt I needed a pick-me-up. I found some fabulous items that put a smile on my face when browsing my usual online stops and wanted to share them with you.

Fashionable Rainy Day Wear

So we are experiencing our true "winter" here in Southern California. Oh how I miss the sunny, 65 degree days we had over the holidays. The past few days have been chilly and rainy. I thought it was only appropriate to share my rain outerwear that I am sporting this week. My trench coat is the classic Burberry black, but I loved this one I found online. Even though I'm soaked running around doing my errands I'm trying to stay fashionable and of course warm!

Cirque du Soleil Inspiration

My darling husband took me to see the new Cirque du Soleil show, Kooza, last night on our date. I had such a wonderful time and the costumes were amazing as one would expect from a Cirque show. There were so many different influences for the costumes such as Asian, Indian, circus theme and even rock n' roll, but somehow it all tied together. The performers as always took center stage with the mind-blowing ways they could bend their bodies, but the costumes were a close second.

Navy & White - Perfect Colors for Spring

Looking ahead to sunnier days...well I can't really say that living here in sunny California. I am looking forward to shedding the dark color pallet of winter though. For me, when I see navy and white stripes I think of warm weather and sunny skies. I came across this darling dress the other day and I am officially counting down the days till spring!

Guilty Brotherhood - Electric Lightness

I was flipping through Guilty Brotherhood's lookbook for Spring/Summer 2010 and I have to say I found my guilty pleasure. There is a lot of basic black with plenty of electric splashes of bright pink through out the collection. It's just the right combination of Parisian chic and bold edginess that I love.
